I fully agree with you Brian and am also an admirer of Ermesto's work.
Apart from his work's artistic quality I also like Ernesto's openness about techniques and paint mixes; he has shared so much information on the web and in Mr Black publications; enough to form a really useful reference for any particular paintjob.

I am the proud owner of 'an Ernesto' and regularly admire and learn from it. It was a bit of a hassle getting the figure, with Ernesto living in a difficult country (a story by itself), but what I can say is Ernesto has been a joy to deal with. I can really recommend his commission work.

Hope to be seeing a lot more of his work!

Many thanks Adrian for all those kind coments,I'm sure Ernesto would be very pleased to hear all these lovely coments regarding his work,I too have learnt quite abit from his articles

That's such a shame Brian,I can imagine what sort of money his work would go for,Stu is very lucky to have him painting his pieces at Stormtroopers

Not as much as you would think Brian.I was pleasantly surprised when i asked him the price of a particular bust he had painted.

If I ever reach those standards of brush work I will let you know but don't think that will be in the near future...that is what I enjoy doing is looking at first class figures/busts he certainly rises to the occasion.
