My Latest... a Luftwaffe flyboy...

Hey all,

Hot on the heels of Luca's version, I just completed my own version of Ultracast's 54mm Luftwaffe pilot in oils over acrylics. The chair and radio are from Plus Model and the awesome parachute is from True Details:

Great piece Brian....you nailed the LW blue and the chair and groundwork looks excellent. Radio too. Even his face.....lots of character there. He has a bit of 7 o'clock shadow too which adds fatigue. Love it.

Thanks gents for the kind comments - much appreciated. This is one of my fav's to date, although I did agonize a bit over the base in wondering if there were too many accessories added - didn't want it to become a case of "Hey, awesome groundwork, and oh yeah, there's a guy there too !"
