nameplates for model bases

i am looking for the manufacturer of nameplates for the bases of my models,i have a yellow plastic sheet with sizes and borders, but cant remember who makes them, and there is nothing on the sheet telling me, I ordered one in the past and spoke to a woman who was very helpful,so I am trying to get her again. can anyone help please. I am sure its the one who supplies most nameplates you see at model shows. thank you/badger
