Ta very much. The base was buff from the scale colour artist range. I highlighted by adding ivory and I think I shaded by adding a touch of Payne's grey and maybe a bit of burnt sienna umber again from the scale artist range.Cracking finish Ewan, an iconic figure and pose and an equally great paint job. What colours do you use for the breeches, I really struggle with these lighter colours.

Thanks, I feel.the need for another on line paint purchase, so far Vellajo hasn't impressed. That said I saw today that Element Games are re-doing the P3 paints and their paler colours were never chalky. Going to get to the point where I need another draw in my desk just for paint!Ta very much. The base was buff from the scale colour artist range. Hi EwanThanks very much
The competitions look fun, I think I will enter.
What level should I go for? I was going to go for intermediate.
I really like the artist line, they're super matte, have the pigments listed and don't need shaking. I also really like the new AK 3rd gen and monument paints. I've been eyeing the P3 paints too, I just wish they had the old style flip pots (I know you could get them in the Kickstarter). I just love buying paints, especially paint sets, I've bought several of the Kimera signature sets and love them. The way I see it, they take up a lot less room than board games (the other thing I like to buy). Thanks, I feel.the need for another on line paint purchase, so far Vellajo hasn't impressed.
