Nice paint job.

I think you need to paint a small bit of red in the bottom right of the flag to complete the diamond, even if it means the letters on the inscription wouldn't fit.

You mean blue?

There is also a misaligned border line of blue and red that leads to the left tip of central square - a little touching up there will bring more balance.

Blue it is....didn't look closely enough. The model is very nicely painted but I think you want to correct this for the box art as it is rather noticeable.

Thanks for the Photo Eduardo, I think you mean the Font on some of the letters are a little wrong this was pointed out to us after the master had been cast.so was a little out of my control it is an easy fix with paint I think. but it does not detract from the work both Juan & Moz put into it.

Hi Ian, I think the letters are ok, as you said is easy add the serif to them. But the central white rhombus is to far from the flag limits at the right-left sides, it is ok up and down, instead,

Hello and thanks to everybody for all your words for my painting work.
In order of details, Eduardo Garcia I have to say that I have not problems for painting more details and freehands, but there are ribbons sculpted on the flag abd there are not enough details for painting, If I paint ribbons and freehands near of parts sculpted theyíi not be realistic, the 3d of sculpted parts will not be in compliance with my paintiong ribbons, It would be better painting all the details and freehands on the flag or it would be better that all the details and freehands were sculpted.
I show you a example of a figure thata I painted for a private collector. All FreeHand are poainted by me with the best details.
They are 54 mm figures and they are very old pieces, not very well sculpted.
Is only a example of my work for understanding what I say.

In order of details. Mr. Juan Antonio Perez, I have to say again what I said before, because I think that you don't understood what I said, and you have offended:

"It looks really good Juan Antonio, but I must say that the flag engraving, is not much accurate about some details, especially considering the scale ( 75mm)"

I said, "engraving", not painting , obviously I am talking about the sculpted details, or casted details, I am not talking about your painting skills.
Anyway, thanks for your response and your working example, both show that you're so good painter as arrogant.

Eduardo no soy arrogante puede que mi inglés no sea muy bueno y no entendí alguna palabra tuya por eso ahora escribo en español. No lei boen la parte de engraving jajakak lo siento. Puse el ejemplo para explicar que si todo es pintado queda genial pero que si hay cosas modeladas que hay que arreglar pintando no quedaría realista y se notaría mucho de cerca..quizás no en las fotos. .pero a mi particularmente no me gustaría hacerlo para mi y menos para un encargo. ..no soy conocido ni he ganado grandes premios con mis figuras así que ser arrogante seria una estupidez por mi parte. Siento el malentendido y te agradezco tus palabras acerca de mi pintura. .he visitado tu blog y tengo que decir que eres un gran artista y no lo digo para quedar bien te lo aaseguro. Gracias de nuevo y saludos desde Cadiz

Gracias por tu respuesta Juan Antonio y espero no haberte molestado, he puesto esto ( ) para que veas que te lo digo en broma y que este foro se caracteriza por el "buen rollo" que hay.
