Hi guys , as we have turned over in 2007 , the road to the 8th Athens Show is open wide.
This year we have the special honor of hosting the 2nd Nations Trophy competition of National Teams
I lay here the rules of the competition, and i am inviting as the secretary of the Club, as many National Teams to come in Greece for this great Expo , and the Nations Trophy of course.

► Participation
1. Each country that desires to participate, to the competition, can only be represented by one team. More applications than one, from the same country will not be accepted.
2. The compilation (members) of each team – country, does not get under any restriction , and is full responcibility of each team.
3. The representation of the Team, in the competition field, must be consisted of at least 2 persons.:
a. Team Chief
b. Judge
4. For all teams, to be allowed to enter the competition, is necessary to present all six (6) pre arranged subjects. A National Team’s display with missing subjects will not be accepted and will not be given any score.
5. All the subjects of the National Display to be in competition, must be appearing for the first time ever (JAMAIS - VUE), and they are not allowed to have participated in any other earlier exhibition or competition.
6. Despite the fact, that participation applications, for National Teams, will be received the latest until Friday 25th of May 2007 and till 12.00 noon, the organising Comitee, kindly asks the National Teams to apply, the possible earlier, so there will be the best possible way of presentation for each team. A display stand of 50 x 50 cm, national flag , and National teams Name for each participant.
7. If there is a National Team that has applied , but will not compete for some reason, we kindly ask that the orginising committee will be informed the earliest possible.
► Competition Subjects
8. The five (5) commercial subjects to compete are the following:
● 54 [mm] : SG-F118 ASHIGARU XVI CENTURY, ARQUEBUSIER

● 70 [mm] : BS 70.22 Lansquenet C.1520 (www.eliteminiatures.com)
● Mounted 54 [mm] : 54.522 Templar Knight with Baucant 1200-1230

● Fantasy : Sumothay, Prior Warrior (www.enigmaminiatures.com)
● Bust : YM1802 DAK Panzer Officer (www.young-miniatures.com)
9. The sixth subject, that will complete the National Team display, will be a scratch figure with no restriction in scale, or subject , but it has to be a foot soldier(not mounted).
10. The five commercial subjects must not be converted in any way .
11. The base, of presentation for each figure , is of free choice and setting.
► Competition – Scoring
12. The judging of the National Team Displays will be done in Saturday 26 of May 2007 .
13. The Judging Comittee will be consisted, from the National Teams Judges , and will be coordinated from the Chief Judge of the Nations Trophy. Chief Judge will be the judge of the Hosting Country.
14. Each judge will gives scores to all subjects of each national Display, excluding the ones of his own country.The score for each subject can be from 1 – 10
15. Winning Team is the one with the total highest score. In case of same total scoring (tie) between 2 or more teams at the top, the winning team will be the one, that has the most highest scores in her subjects. In a total tie, all judges excluding the ones coming from the teams with the tie, are called back to decide who the winning team will be finally.
16. The full score board, and the winning team will be announced,during the award ceremony , at Sunday 27th of May 2007.
