Need help finding details about this fig

Hi,

What I know about the below figure is that is 120mm (1/16) and casted in resin.
Need your help to identify:
1. What army belongs to. The closest that I got is Austrian Artillery Gunner, early 1800's but I'm not sure. Painting references will be much appreciated.
2. Who is the manufacturer?

I don't know when the artillery transitioned from the grenz style hat to the bicorne or German helmet. I will see what else I can dig up Zeno. No idea on the maker though.
