Sorry mate I've drawn a blank of such items, personally I'd be tempted to try scratch building them.

Try PF Member venko, he scratchbuilds weapons and equipment in a variety of scales and periods. He produced some 16th century double-handed swords for me and his sculpting and casting are first-rate.
