need help on a pegaso figure

I am building Pegaso's 90mm "templar knight in the holy land" and would like to know when putting together the body can I put the cape on first then the Head? or vice versa Similarly do i put the arms on first then the cape. In other words in what order do I construct the figure so the the pieces will fit .

That's a wonderfull and awesome figure to paint.
