Can anyone tell me who makes the model in top row on the right the mounted Indian scout.

The painter is Riccardo Ruberti. Perhaps you can track him via Facebook etc. and ask him directly? I'd like to know as well, but I think it's 54mm which is too small for my eyes now days.

They are scratchbuilt,Ricardo sculpts and paints them himself...sorry
