Is there a method to neutratlize (so neither cold or warm) colours. Related to this quetsion how do you mix neutral greys? Hope this is not to broad a question.

Talino,

When you wanted gold greys i mix blue with white and a little black.
When you wanted warm grey i mix sepia with white.'

I hope this is enough for your answer. If not, i hope Einion Rees drop in, he is very good in this questions.

Add a mixing complement.

Mix two paints that are a complementary mixing pair, then add white.

Or mix black with white and then add something to neutralise the mix (it will almost invariably be blueish).
