Hi

We have not released any kits lately so here is a glimpse of our new release.
Another addition to our 1/9th range this time a British Commando from WW2.
Sculpted again by Pete Morton , and painted by my good friend Patrick Ang from Malaysia.

Cast in resin and consisting of 9 parts this figure is available from me now priced at £20. plus post and packing.

Well done Pete, very, very nice!

I like the fact that there are no shoulder titles cast onto the figure, allowing different regiments to be represented (as this figure could represent any Commonwealth regiment from Canada to New Zealand).

In June I'm off to visit Normandy for the 65th anniversary celebrations, and one of the first places I'm going to is St.Aubin sur mer, where 'B' company of the North Shore Regiment (from New Brunswick), assaulted position WN27 held by part of 5 Kompanie, 736 Grenadier Regt. under Lt. Pflocksch.

This figure would be an ideal piece for me to paint up as one of the 'North Shores'!

Cheers,
Jon.

Thanks Guys.

We have a few more in the pipeline then perhaps a move to other scales for a while.

The left arm is cut off as you see it in the picture. I will try and get a rear view from Pat as soon as I can. He is carrying a backpack with the ground sheet slightly exposed as was typical.

Ian
