It appears a neat paint job to lend the X-ray kit some context would be one where the table and duvet are cleverly rendered. A corner of the table can, for example, say something naughty about how the girl is hot for a cetain doctor handsome.

The girl herself is ok, but it will really take keen observations of a hospital to make this kit shine. The pair of legs is almost identical to "Gift from Santa", and far from slutty.

The Norse Lord is great.
Is it fantasy???? Or is it history???

Marc

As he has a form of plate armour on his torso, I'd guess at a bit of both! From my historical knowledge that kind of armour was only used by the Romans by that time (so far as is known!) - saxon and norse wore mail.

MY GOD! Joaquín Palacios has to be, hands down, one of the best sculpters going today. You look at his entire body of work and one cannot help but to be impressed. Not exactly my cup of tea as far as figures go but I will certianly be adding this one to the collection. It was almost a shame to cover up that handsome face with hair. Now that was one good looking head.

Definitely fantasy. Only the helmet, and sword have any relationship to historical accuracy. Everything else is fictional.

Nice sculpt though!

I do actually like the throne a lot. But if this figure would have worn a long chainmail with no furbit draped on the shoulders and without the armour on the arms it could very well have depicted an norseman´.

I love the Norse King. If it was me I would introduce a few "shiny bits" amongst all that brown to compliment it. Some burnished armour to break it up a little. But it is a very nice piece. I like the "Pin Up Girls" series but this one lacks a certain something. Not one I would buy I'm afraid.

For me , this Norse lord is Odin.

Why cant we find any of the many atributes of Oden(Odin)? Like Hugin and Munin, Gugner, Draupner, Gere and Freke not to mention his eye that was sacrificed?

Also Oden is portrayed as an old wanderer in many of the tales when visits Midgård.
