I mentioned to Stephen Ward that it would be cool to do a New England Whaleman for something different. He made this for me and I really like it,hope my paint did justice to a nice gift. 120mm bust.Thank Bro!(y)

It's been a real privilege to see Steve paint this up. Great work all around on bringing this piece to life. You've made a simple sculpt into one hell of a piece bro.

Hi to all ,

Well done for doing this project and what a subject ,graet pose the strength in the face the windblown hair and of course the really effective painting .

I would love to see this go commercial as its a great idea and so of the period and brave men who went to hunt these giants of the deep in tiny fragile wooden boats .

If there are any others going /available ..........put me down for one.

Thanks for posting ..lovely to see
