Reminds me of an incident a few years ago. My Welsh Aunt, who was a vet of the Transport Corps, was visiting us in Canada. I loaned her my After the Battle tome on the Battle of Britain to look at for bedtime reading. "The Battle of Britain Then and Now" describes the fate and photographs the grave or memorial of every one of the few lost in that battle, as well providing a massive amount of detail on the airfields and Geman losses. Anyways, she returned it to me in the morning with tears in her eyes. All she said was "I had forgotten how young they all were."

This bust brilliantly captures that fact.

Wow, just incredible. Not really my subject but the feeling this piece gives out is what grabs me, of course along with the excellent sculpt. Definitely one to paint.

Alex.

Wow now that is a fantastic piece, My dad was in The RAF during the war (he's 92) I've just shown him this and he said it brought back so many memories of the young men he knew.

This should be a winner

That's awesome and I'll sure that it will be a big seller.
A must have for many.

That's so life like one would think it was a 3D print, incredible work! Just looking a the eyes and teeth, fingers, wow.

Cheers, Ski.

Absolutely marvelous! What a kick to start a new year. I'm gonna add to the must buy list this excellent piece together with Pawol fantastic Red Star decorated pilot presented here in the last week.

I'm just going to add more confusion - for me, the Hound is a Welsh Springer Spaniel :)

and yes, regardless of how tender he may looks ... appearances deceive ... While he is a very beautiful animal, this great companion is a fantastic hunter ... just like the great looking chap holding him!

Cheers!

Wow, is it digital.
Andy

Andy, that thought occurred to me when I first saw this one as well. It seems to have that look and some very smooth edged detail.
But regardless of it's origins it's still an excellent piece, indeed.
