Very fun piece. Would like a few more pictures of more angles if you have them so we can see the whole bust better. Love the chameleon!

EDIT: sorry I had this open as you posted the aditional pics! Thanks!!!!

Anole?

Hi Jay,

There was some heated discussions within our group on what is the proper name for this tiny creature, and after some research, it should be called Anole.

I am personally very impressed by the way the drapery and the texture of the uniform turned out!

I hope you liked this as much as we have tried to share with the world community.

Best Regards

Chameleon it is.

Oh, I know this...
Anoles are New world (Western Hemisphere) and Chameleons are Old World (Eastern Hemisphere).
What I see appears to be a Veiled Chameleon (Chamaeleo calyptratus).
They are from Yemen and southern Saudi Arabia and are forest dwellers.
I'm not sure how many you would see in North Africa.
I used to keep these as pets (here in Kentucky).
Maybe this guy has one he got in Yemen as a pet too.
Cool thing is, you can paint them just about any color there is (well maybe not metallic). :D

Hello,
Great! I very like it!!!
Who sculpted this one? Is this a Polish sculptor? :)

Best regards
Artur

Not my are of interest but I sure like it's unique character. Much better than the traditional stern, teutonic, visage seen in so many figgies. :)

Thanks all for your comments and info!

GARD9 : Your expert info is worth a thousand searches online! :)

ArthurM : The sculptor is from Asia.

captnenglish, Martin Vlcek, KeithP, vergilius : Thanks for the feedback and comments!

Interesting idea and really first class sculpting. That shirt is briiliant! And yes, I agree that the lizard is a chameleon and not an anole.

By the way, just saying the sculptor comes from Asia is not enough credit for a talented person. Please post their name please!

Cheers!!

Mike

Agree the shirt is very nicely done, really looks like draped fabric, but one thing: were the pockets on these different sizes? Unless it's an illusion the shirt's left pocket is quite a bit deeper than the right; unfortunately it's the first thing I spotted and now I can't not see it!

Sculptor info

bonehead: Thanks for the feedback, the sculptor name is KimYong.

Einion : I did a double check and yes, I see that the pockets are visually non uniformed, very much due to the raised right arm.

Marcin Łukawski : That's the inspiration for this bust! :)

Jin Yang = Kim Yong (english translation) :)

Hi Liu Dan,

Thank you for your posting. Maybe I would highlight a little more on the background.

I know Kim Yong (Or Jin Yang as you mentioned) for 3 years. Kim and Charles (D. Arsenal) wanted to venture into the figure market without the international community to know that the figures originated from China hands in the initial (critical) launch phase.

This is not to hide who they are but to reach out to the international market in a more unbiased way for the brand development. And when the brand is established after 10 to 12 figures release, S.T.O.R.M DOMAIN Singapore would surprise the world that the figures that they felt were of high quality come from Chinese sculptor's hands.

Today, as you can see, we cannot do that anymore. But based on the feedbacks until today we have seen, we are happy to say that his works are quite well endorsed!

I hope that explained your query.

Best Regards

Hi:Tang T J

I think the strength is a better showing, also do not have to hide, lets everybody know they come from China to be better, better understands Chinese model level=)
Also they need a process to let everybody understand this comes fromChina's model team . Thank you.
Best Regards
Liu Dan
