The stupidest arguments have to be used to justify this crap. It is a real pity that some of our Russian colleagues seem to have lost their human standards after seven months of war and propaganda.

How can one even come up with the idea of comparing the historically accurate depiction of a battle with the rape of a non-combatant and, in the case of justified criticism, then relativizing it in the most ridiculous way.

Martin, why do you reflect on the current situation when commenting on a model of a medieval scene? The depiction of violence against POW's ( Nazis and Chechenian terrorist of course) and women was frequently featured especially by Russian companies long before February 2022. I think that it is not in line with the guidelines of this forum to make that kind of remark about human standards. You wanted to report the thread to the admins. Martin, I ment, this is, unfortunately, an expression of a brutalized way of thinking.

And I don't think it's a coincidence that this is happening now. From this vignette to "No mercy for the Ukrainian people!" ("people", not "army" or "soldiers"!) as the Russian ambassador at Vienna wrote last week, it is mentally only a small step.

I think, the piece was made first for the Russian market, and some Russian customers will buy it, but hardly anyone else in the west.

And if they do, I can't imagine a competition in the west where this thing could be shown, no matter how well painted it is.

So Legion should themselves do a favour and delete the thread. The reputation of a publisher is so quickly ruined...
