I wish I could, but they complain about the same thing and I can not blame them. If they order a large quantity it cuts into their profit margin and it becomes a non viable endeavor. I am stuck, dammed if I do, dammed if I don't. When the USPS went to all "air" shipping and dropped the sea shipping option a few years ago, it totally killed my EU business and dealers. I lost them all and I had 10 of them.

I love that one as well and have it back in production but the new one is from the movie The Good, The Bad, The Ugly so different were. I know where you are coming from.
