On the other hand there have been problems in the past that most of us are very well aware of. With that being said I do think that Johan could have waited a little bit more before following up after the initial message.

Sorry i`m not always on here but i have emailed you, there have been some delays on particular figures as they have been remoulded and there was a serious backlog of orders which Andy left me with. I want to make sure you have a decent casting and now i think that you will be happy with the standard of castings you will receive.I am posting your order tomorrow morning first class. I`ll admit its a bit slower than i want at the moment, i`m a one man band and i can`t always reply immediately.I have just employed another person for casting and the emphasis is on quality, the speed will come later, it just so happened that when you ordered the figure i had remastered the bren gun and it was being remoulded, i wanted to send you the better version so i waited until that had been sorted before sending.

All the figures have been remoulded and i made the moulds myself and cut them if neccessary... to a minimum!

Good to know I'm not the only one who cuts moulds!!! I hate two piece moulds.
You tell some people to cut them, and they almost have a pink fit.
