What !!!!! I was planning to buy mine off you :ROFLMAO: once you'd done all the prep, priming and undercoating ;)

That thought, did pass my mind Derek.I really like this chap a lot so you might have to wait and buy my painted version instead:ROFLMAO:

Be good to see a decent one day show develop here.
I certainly intend to go as I'm sure will Davie, Brian and Ron. Gellso and Barrie will possible attend depending on shifts.
So it'd be good if we could all meet up (y)

Thanks for that Del ! This one passed me by for some reason. Any idea if this is a one off or on the cards for a regular event ? Seems to be a fairly decent size so far. September is going to be an expensive month with this and Euro . Be good to see you guys again and the Thommo bros will probably be there as well.

I think it'll all depend on the success of this one ................ the Thommos ..damn I'd forgotten about them .. suppose there's always got to be a downside ;)

Lol. Let's hope this is a success then mate - the more model shows the better - especially up here.

Hi, I am looking for any references for painting this figure - anyone have any info they could share as to the colour of the clothing and shield designs?

Hi Edward. This halberdier uses a "pavise" kind of shield, it was common for the crossbowmen, and arquebusiers in the XV century. They were decorated with religious mottos, heraldry or vegetal nature ornaments.
You can paint the colors of the clothes as you like.
Here some examples.
