One of the best faces I have ever seen but I don't like the red coat - looks almost metallic. I recognize that its a style thing and that it comes down to personal taste. In any case, the skills required to pull this off are off the charts!

Brilliant face, full of arrogance and claret and a touch of 'madness' in reality probably a blood disorder.
Not the greatest monarch, after all he did lose us America, but not the worst.
A victim of a hostile and embittered press looking for a scapegoat.
This is one of the best character busts I've seen.

Absolutely gorgeous in all respects. I agree, it is a little "cartoonish", but that adds to its appeal for me. The painting is the closest I have ever seen to an airbrush finish. Amazing.

Thanks folks for the nice comments. What a thrill to see the master's paintwork on this bust. His painting really compliments the piece and is the right mix of character and charature that I was after in the sculpt.

yes thats some of the most memorable busts i have ever seen.any detail is perfect.alone the many different colour aspects in the face and the rich and bright warm colours of the reds.an ideal cooperation of painting as sculpting.
