I know others have already said it, but this is a brilliant idea and a great way for somebody who is interested to give scuplting a try. I'll be looking forward to more releases along these lines!(y)

Awesome idea ! id love to try sculpting but wouldnt have a clue where to start ... this is some thing I would buy to give it a go buddy :)

PLEASE dont forget 1/35th scale (y) :) maybe the odd German ...

Look forward to seeing these at the weekend Steve

This is awesome!!!!!!
I've just started to try my hand at sculpting and this is exactly what I've been looking for! Beats the hell out of butchering Historex parts into the same idea.
Two questions:
1- When?
2- How much?

Colin

Steve, just to echo the rest of the comments, great idea!(y), you've answered my prayers!:). I always wanted to give sculpting a try but neither had the talent or the nerve to try it.

Brilliant idea, love the "what will yours become?" I am sure this will fly of the shelves Steve, especially as you include all the gear. You are not stuck just in the Zulu war area with these, are you? Good luck with these Steve they will be a winning range.
Dennis

What an Idea. I can finally start pushing some putty on my own. Hopefully the prices will be low enough.

Hi Dennis,
I suppose if you look at this first release it could be made into numerous regiments, depends if you want to do something like sculp a kilt and make one of the Highland regiment, K.R.R.C etc. Could not only be used for Zulu/Boer wars but also, Afgan, Sudan, could represent soldiers in India and many other far flung conflicts. Just don't think Zulu, just my thoughts mate. Even a simple change of weapon could open up more options.

I am sure there will be loads of other options coming along that will cover a variety of era's and conflicts - "what will yours become" (y)
Definitely not just stuck in the Zulu War period:(
cheers

I was hoping somebody would start producing multipose in different time periods and preferably 1/16, this is an excellent idea Steve, I hope it really takes off.
Don't forget the Jocks though!
All the best,
Scotty

Hi Pete,
Just one! Buy another 140 (I'm trying to get your sales up Steve(y) ) and you can depict the whole defence of Rorke's Drift in it's entirity. (OK 139 then, Moz has done Bromhead):D But Isandlwana might be pushing it.
I'm certainly going to have a section of mealie bags now with a few of these stuck behind it.
cheers
Richie
