One small clarification, I do not accuse the British of having more counterfeiters, but ebay UK, is a big sales platform, also allowing to have its products on ebay US & Canada.
It is the size of the sales platform that attracts these mischievous people.
In France Ebay is not at its best, there are many contenders (and more of them are free -"leboncoin") it's where we find our counterfeit sellers!

I don't think they are actually based in the UK, i think they are just registering their ebay accounts in the UK..
