I am pleased to announce our second figure in the new range. I must apologise for the photos but i have only had time to quickly build and prime this one. I'll keep you posted once I have one painted. I hope you like it and comments would be welcome.

This is a 1/9th British Paratrooper Bren No1 from WW2 , wearing typical paratrooper gear of Denison smock etc.

Once again sculpted by Pete Morton.

The price is £55 Plus P&P.

Guy

This is another 1/9th scale figure to acompany the previously released British Tommy. This may be the last 1/9th figure for a short while as there are figures in other scales in the pipeline.

Very, very nice. Would look good standing next to a shot-up 1/9th Kubelwagen!

Any more thoughts on whether you'll release the 1/9th dispatch rider?

Cheers,
Jon.

Thanks, We are going to give the dispatch rider a miss for the short term as Pete is going to re-work it. The worry is that it only works with the bike and are there enough out there

1/9 Paratrooper

Wow: quite some figure. I do hope you will continue in the larger scales (120mm, 150mm 180mm, 200mm) rather than in 54/75mm. I wonder if you would consider modelling a WWI Tommy/Officer (there is a superb photo of the RSM Grenadier Guards in France in 1914 in the Osprey Elite 'The Old Contemptibles').

Good luck with this and the previous figure!

Hi Ian,
I had a look at Italeri's website and the 1/9th Triumph is still in production. Perhaps the lack of kits in the UK is down to poor distributors?? lack of demand?? Perhaps everyone is waiting until there is a top-notch figure to go with it??? Hee hee!!!

All the best,
Jon.
