Interesting and unusual subject which is good to see

Nice to see a Steve Leadley sculpt being released

Nice sculpt, though I've got to be honest and say that to my eye, the head looks a tad oversized. Maybe a trick of the photos?

Certainly a great subject. There's hardly anything around from that conflict, yet it was such a momentous one with tremendous implications for the strategic balance in that part of the world that saw Japan establish itself as a regional superpower.

Nice job. As said, a conflict that has seen very little coverage figure-wise. Andrei Karatchouk's artwork in Osprey "Russo-Japanese War" is outstanding, and apart from this excellent rendition by Steve, I'm surprised nobody else has been enthused by it.

It's the angle of the photo. I suck at taking photos and would have starved as a photographer ;-)
