Hello all and thank you for the comments!:)
I have to say that this was a pleasure to sculpt (over 6 months ago)
This isn't my own range but belongs to Ricky O'Mahoney. I just do some sculpting for him! He recently lost his young wife Emma to cancer hence the delay on this range being launched sooner, but he is back on track now and has some great things in the pipeline both Military and peices like 'The Ratcatcher'!
The great thing about a peice like this is that there is a certain amount of freedom in how it's painted. The Ratcatcher is inspired from the old black and white film of Oliver Twist, even though it wasn't a character in the film itself, but is designed with the feel of dirty old Victorian London in mind. It also happenned to be one of Emmas favourite films!
Thank you once again to everyone for the kind comments (y)
Cheers
Pete

It is now the property of The Imperial Gallery, just in the process of remoulding some of the parts and it will be put on the website. Should be done by the end of the week and I will announce it in the new releases section. Carl has painted one for me, looks good so nearly ready to go. Strange to be reading Pete's messages

Hi Guys ,

I picked one up from Imperial Gallery at Telford ....and saw Carls paint of it ...both really good , the facial features are rugged and typical Victorian lower working class .
