Has anyone else noticed that this figure/bust has a very strong likeness to Blackbeard as portrayed by Ian McShane in Pirates Of The Caribbean? I wonder if this was intentional or not?

I haven't seen this film but my first thought was definitely Blackbeard because of the amount of pistols he supposedly carried. And the beard of course
