Tommys War
A Fixture
The second release of 2018 is another figure in the Victoria Cross range which commemorates individual acts of bravery.
This release features Captain Noel Godfrey Chavasse who won the Victoria Cross twice in World War One, only one of three men ever to win the award twice.
The figure, sculpted by Benoit Cauchies, shows Chavasse with a wounded man of the West Lancashire Division, to whom he was attached as Medical Officer for the 10th Liverpool Batallion Kings Regiment (Liverpool Scottish).
Code: TW32VC02
Product description: Captain Noel Chavasse VC and bar plus wounded soldier
Sculptor: Benoit Cauchies
Scale: 1/32
Material: Resin
Price: £32.00 (£25.60 for Tommy’s War Collectors Club members)
The figure is available here
For more information on Captain Chavasse then visit my blog here
Notes: Includes Captain Chavasse and wounded soldier (2 figures).
I’m pleased to say that May Aguera will be painting the box art for these figures, you may recall that May did a fantastic job on TW32VC01 (Piper Laidlaw). I would highly recommend that you follow May on social media as she will be showing her work on these figures.

Stock
I’ve got limited stock of TW32S01 The Action at Nery, TW32VEH1 Crossley Light Tender, TW32ART 1 QF 13 pounder, TW32ART2 QF 18 pdr and TW32ART3 limber available to order now. These are some of my most popular releases so I expect them to sell-out quickly.
I am out of stock of several figures, I’m currently working on getting more stock in place and over the Spring and Summer they will all return to stock. By September (and Euro Miniature Expo) I aim to have a full inventory.
New releases
I’m pleased to say the sculpt of TW32C03 (Australian Light Horse, Beersheba 1917) by Nino Pizzichemi is with me and will be sent to my caster next week. I’m going to release this in September as it forms part of a planned project to provide painting information. At the moment I’m scheduling this for Euro Miniature Expo.
Nino will then start work on four more figures, with these I’m going to focus on the Pals Battalions in the 1917-18 period. There will be four figures, three will be on general release and an Officer will form the Collectors Club special edition figure for 2019. All will also be available at Euro Miniature Expo.
