This is a new release from Bonaparte Military Models. It is a Neapolitan Infantry Standard Bearer. This is 90mm scale and was sculpted by Alan Ball. This is cast from resin and white metal and is available now from:

As a template I found only a standard bearer of the 1st Regiment - the regiments differed by the color of the surcharges. But their flags were - as with the French brothers in arms - from the color layout equal!

beautiful subject and beautiful sculpture... but this man was immediately shot for abandonment and disrespect of the flag.
In the army the flag is the maximum symbol and can not be placed around
