Tend to agree with the other comments; nicely posed and sculpted but the face looks too rounded, hawkish, not like any likeness of Napoleon I have seen!

No, this is not Napoleon. It is a comic of the emperor.
For me the best Napoleon bust is from Alexandros.

They might have been going for Rod Steiger but IMHO they failed. However I must say they did a good likeness of his spy glass.

I have to agree with the above.
For my two pence worth, I think the tide has turned regards Young.
First his prices started going off the scale, now his quality is slipping a bit.
I for one have been boycotting his products lately since he pushed the 50 quid mark.
False reality in my mind and the only way to send the message is to not purchase.
Just my rant for the day.
Keep painting folks and happy bunny day!

Nice attempt at something different but not what I would see as Napoleon. I am sure the quality of the casting will be up to its usual standards. Like Marc said Alexandros have produced the best version so far and have to agree with Keith that it could possibly bomb out this time round.

Watched this on TV last week amongst other it includes an interesting examination of what is alleged to be Napoleons death mask.

I agree I prefer the Alexandros version. ...but maybe napoleon really looked like that. LOL

I notice that Diego's "coal miner" face skin tones haven't provoked comment. How he gets away with it, I don't know.
