Hi - here are the new photos of the next figures to produced by Ozmods from the master I have just taken photos of from the talented hands of Phil Walden
He is a commonwealth Trooper WW2 - somewhere in the desert having his smoke lit by his mate - he will be a double figure set or purchased separately with the next figure have 2 sets of arms - to either be lighting cigarette or just standing adjusting his pack ( not yet know exactly as phil has yet to sculpt him.
alo 2 teaser shots of the next 2 pieces to be released

Outstanding work Phil.

I really like the Japanese soldier, and its good to see Dingo Harris get a new lease of life.

Can't wait to see the companion piece to the smoking soldier.

Phil,
The smoker figure looks good, the pose to keep the light out of the wind looks natural. The brim on the helmet looks a little too wide from this angle, imho.

Morning folks,...
l truly appreciate the your thoughts, the smoking figure still has several areas to play and tweak as yet, also there will be a companion figure to go with him but both will stand alone as single subjects......

Dingo Harris and the Japanese Marine will not be far away through OZMODS SCALE MODLES.. your good words once again l greatly appreciate....Phil..:)

hello folks....
Dingo Harris Independent Commando WWll Pacific,..is being cast as we speak l'm pleased to say...Also many thanks for those folk both local and overseas who have brought about his re-release, l feel that Tony Dawe's hard efforts of late has help Dingo and his case, cheers my son..and thanks David and Marc, l must say it, rather like old Dingo myself.....

..Phil..:)

It was a labour of love mate.:) Happy to help shine a little bit of light into an otherwise dark and forgotten chapter of miltary history.;) Did you call yourself an old Dingo or an old Drongo??:D:D:D Cheers Cobber

Wonderful figures. The Tommy's only issue is that his right arm (lighting cig) is too wide at the shoulder and looks unnatural as a result. Simply removing a bit of the shoulder area on the torso to bring the arm further into the socket will solve this minor niggle.

Hi..Mike,mistakes are never a minor niggle that right arm especially the upper arm and shoulder l was not happy with myself, things have been changed all ready, mostly in the folds of the upper arm have been brought into the shoulder.....you just confirmed what l felt, cheers cobber.....
By the way, this Tony Dawe bloke, dose any of you fine folk know this dark character, from the West of Australia,if so buy him a beer at Euro Militia for me..:)

......Phil...:)

Hello, this is a VERY late reply but I just visited the OzMods site and noticed the Australian figure was still available for sale. I was just wondering if the Japanese soldier was still available at all?

Sorry Toshiya San unfortunately the Japanese Marine was never released commercially due to unforeseen circumstances.
Neither was smoking desert ANZAC unfortunately.

Oh! It's a pity, it's an excellent figure, I would have been interested in the Japanese one

Cheers,
