Greetings,
New kid on the block - Minie' Ball Miniatures. New line of 54-mm resin kits (American Civil War era) sculpted by Alan Ball (except where noted).
Too many releases to post all photos. Line includes 4 figures and accessories, including portrait heads and 3 different types of cavalry carbines.

Other figures include 6th LA Vol Infantry (barefoot), 2nd Regt, Cherokee Mounted Rifles, CSA (unusual subject!)

I'm not sure if Minie Ball is setting up distribution in Germany, but I can ship to you.

I am not sure who she was, but am researching on the internet myself. I'll also ask Bob Cotrell, the owner of this line. I'll post a reply when I find out. My guess is she has some historical significance based on diaries or nursing(?)

The scoop on Lorena of Winchester - there was a popular song with the troops during the Civil War entitled "Lorena". A couple of more figures are planned later this year to complete the series. Imaginative idea!
