I must agree with Xenofon! Great release!
I've been waiting for a Samurai in 75mm in this late medieval armour! Pegaso have some in 54mm
and Andrea 75mm ones aren't in this outfit. This one goes directly to my top list of buyings in a near
future.
I just have a question regarding the painting, some bit of armour are glossy and other not.
Why is that?

A little side note as the nukidashi (drawing of the sword) is also correct. He has the saya (scabbard) turned to the side while most figures show it being drawn blade up. Neither would be incorrect, just this is the 1st time I have seen it this way

Nice side note! Never noticed that in other figures, but indeed this is how it's done.... they must
be able to kill just by drawing the sword.

And there I was compiling a list of figures/busts to buy at Euro this September and as if by magic this has appeared straight at the top. Brilliant, made my day. 100% my field of interest especially Azuchi-Momoyama period and there is nothing not to like about this sculpt. Very nice.

Together they should make a very dramatic piece.
