Well I thought I would show how this new little baby is going. It is supposed to be crying. Hopefully by the time I finish it, that is exactly what it will look like. (just not the noise)
Let me know what you think

Lot to do with it. Not sure if it is a boy or a girl yet.
Thanks for looking!

WOW..................AWESOME..................I am starting to look forward to your new projects............any progress on the Indian yet?.......maybe a little Indian Brave getting into mischief.

Sorry about that. The picture I am trying to sculpt is just below my sculpture.

Kimbearly , your sculpture of the baby has to be with out a doubt one of the most realistic sculptures I've ever seen, you have truly captured life.

Keep up the great work and do continue to amaze us with your beautiful creations.

Cheers
Roc. :)

Hi Kimberly..your beautiful little pieces are very, very special...you capture some real fellings with the babies...this one looks like he's gonna be your loudest yet..!!..great job..!!

All the best...Roy.

Kimberly, Very nice. Sculpting the face of an infant or young child is a hard thing to do I'm sure. Are you going to reproduce the entire illustration or are you just using this child's face for reference?

I have a few suggestions to make. I would lower the brows as they look to be raised, which would make the child look more surprised as opposed to crying. Lowering the brow would also give the eyes a "squinty" look. Also note the upper lip. It would be almost perfectly horizontal if you drew a line across it. I would angle the corners of the mouth as it is in the illustration below. I think the emotion on the face would be enhanced by "tweeking" the expression just a bit.~Gary
