It looks like to me an excellent bust; my congratulations to the sculptor and to the pinror of the box-art.
Great work.

Wonderful, love it. So full of expression, a must have.
Brian, Dave, Del and I all know that this guy is sculpted after a well known figure painter from Edinburgh.
Super work

I post some link and you can see distinction:
shoulder straps: http://rkka.ru/uniform/terms/pog_arm.htm
belts: http://rkka.ru/uniform/terms/remen2.htm or http://rkka.ru/uniform/terms/remen.htm
cap: http://rkka.ru/uniform/terms/furazhka1.htm or http://ww2.ru/store/element.php?SECTION_ID=2835&ELEMENT_ID=65094 or http://leibstandart.ru/reenact/3761/50827/
holster: http://mirpnevmatiki.ru/product/1007/ or http://militarygift.ru/img/remni/img_remni_018.jpg
The raincoat is non-standard model (but in end of war it can be sometimes). Raincoat haven't buttons.
I love character of your officer and quality of sculpt is very good, but details are non-historical. May be I only find fault to my favourite theme...

Thank you very much for posting those links!! But as I can see it in your links - only raincoat is maybe not historically accurate by missing buttons (!!) and maybe slightly variation in colors for box paintwork - but I don't see anything wrong with little details? Can you be more specific? Shoulder straps in your link are listed as Major (in last row, for this box paintwork at least - guess you can paint it anything you like), Belt, cap and holster are the same as in you links - again slight variation in color of box art. Fantastic sculpt and finally something different among all WWII German Busts coming out all the time! Cheers!
