Great stuff, Bill. The mannequin heads you use are cast pieces? Those are perfect foundations for face sculpting. Do you use the same ones for most of your sculpting or just this set?

I use this blank on all of my 1/35 scale figures, I have made 54mm, 120mm, 90mm, and 75mm blanks too.

Sometimes I will alter these a bit if necessary. I have a female head blank and an asian one too.
If you ever want to sell some 54mm blanks I think you could make a few bucks off me anyway.
