Very interesting but it could have been more useful in the scale 1/32 // 54mm.
Most of the figure on the market are 1/32 scale for that period.

Only specialist figure modelers would be bothered by the choice of 1/35th scale. Modelers who build armor models and the like will be very pleased - especially since there are already new model kits of French tanks in this scale. The reality of the situation is that there are a lot more plastic modelers out there than specialist figure modelers. Not only is the choice of scale a wise for the model company, I personally am pleased to see it. Unlike 1/32nd scale, it has much more compatibility with model kits and thus creates more opportunity for creative model and diorama ideas.

Besides, if we are really honest, how many commercially available figures are true 1/32nd scale? From my experience, not very many.......

Just sayin' ;)
 
I think looking for absolutes in scales is just asking for trouble. People are unique and its good seeing mini's represent that.

Just my tuppence.
 
I like the coffee grinder in the french set!
The german set I already have and the contents all look good to me.
