Thanks for sharing

The sculpting on these figures seems to be of the same great standard ICM introduced with their Austro-Hungarian-WWI-set. Unfortunately the weapons are not in scale with the figures what has been the case with the Austro-Hungarian set likewise.

Can't wait for this set to come out so I can add them to a 1/35th WW1 tank I am currently building (y)(y) I will leave space for them on the base and add when they appear . I also see on their web site there is a set of British Infantry in the process of being released soon after

Just for the "accuracy-record": when we Germans wore spiked helmets (and Feldbluse M10) there were no tanks rolling across the battlefields!
You can of course convert these Germans with the help of the Accessories released by ICM. See below two examples for the changes in appearance of the Germans between 1914 (ICM release) and 1916/18 (tanks).

Martin thanks for that very useful information , I will make sure there are no spikes on the helmets(y) . in the second picture is that a deserter or a prisoner over on the far right ? someone is wearing a British helmet .

Hi Chippy!
- Well noted about the helmet worn by the trooper. I guess that he is most likely a member of the German "Stosstrupp" wearing a souvenir. He is wearing the Feldbluse M15, a German belt buckle and a German gas mask canister - unlikely for a POW or deserter. The helmet could be a British or American helmet.
You can see the picture and read the background story over here:
