It seems that JMD releases beautiful subjects and by continuing in that way they will surely have a success. This release it's another fine example.. of unique subject along with a great sculpt. Anyone got their hands on one of their releases? How's the cast quality, fit etc?

Regarding to Xenofon's post I'd like to share a review I did on a JMD miniatures figure. For those of you who haven't had the pleasure to see any of these kits in person, (based on my review) they are beautifully sculpted and well cast. Here is a link for a review with many large photos of the kit parts as well as a trial assembly.

This is a nice new figure i will definately get and paint !!!!! JMD is having a really good quality in sculpting and p-retty clean and smooth casting , and theyre worth getting them .

Beautiful figure! The subject appeals a lot to me (maybe a WW1 chinese worker next, or a french zouave, or maybe some early war Belgian troops?), but it is also an excellent sculpt: great face with good expression, and uniform and all the equipment (which must have been a lot of work!) are spot-on. Not to forget: it is very well painted too.

Great job!
