I think the only reason they have done this is to
tempt me to buy it and make one of the finest war memorials I have ever seen at Newfoundland Park,
at Beaumont Hamel on the Somme battlefield.

Best wishes for success with this.
Looks suspiciously like a red deer stag on that there memorial Paul. Quite a few anatomical differences, mould be a tricky conversion.
Itd go well with one of their native American figs though, like the chap in his wolf skin from a month back. Almost like they planned it...........

Paul.

Paul.

You'd have to do a conversion Paul. The animal on the memorial is a caribou, not a moose. If you tried to sculpt that memorial with a moose, some smart-ass Canadian would be so quick to point out your error.....oh, wait.

All kidding aside, I take it you've had a chance to visit Beaumont-Hamel? I took a group of students on a few occasions, and I completely agree with you on the beauty of that memorial, it was a real honour to be able to visit and walk that battlefield. Certainly it's something I'll never forget.

My own "moose" memory is Basil Fawlty who ends up wearing the moose head and the retired colonel swatting the moose head. " You naughty moose!" Great stuff

.

If you will never forget..... it was the right place to go.

I was invited on a trip with HouseCarl a couple of years ago, and it was all very moving.
all the memorials at Beaumont Hamel are so profound.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Paul.
