A Lovely Sculpt ,
but as commanding officer of 6th Bn. (new army) Royal Scots Fusiliers
is his cuff rank correct for the senior officer of the battalion?

Have a look at his officer rank.;)

Brilliant image thank you
I would always expect you to be correct.
but what is the badge on his guff,
it looks like a crown and three strpes now and makes me think he was actually
a major and Acting Col.
is that what I'm seeing here?

I stand corrected, what I thought to be a 'pip' is obviously a crown (difficult to assess in 54mm). I would love to see this in a larger scale. Although vilified in the aftermath of the Dardanelles campaign, at least Churchill had the courage to serve on the Western Front rather than pine away in England.

Yes and I'm sure I read somewhere or heard in a documentary at some poin,
How he was both tigerish as a leader and beloved by
The RSF he commanded.
The difference between planning strategy and carrying out a tactical plan I guess.

THAT´S the picture I was talking about !!!!
Thanks mate !!!!

Hey Darren !! What about a Winston figure for Tommy´s War brand ????
