Hi Mario and Greetings to italy ,

i think we have the same Interest and ideas in Conversion of Figures. Two Figure Maniacs ;-). I also have buyed two or three Figure packs for transformation.
I have seen this Photo some years ago http://gallery.kitmaker.net/showphoto.php/photo/318712

and since i want build this Figure. Now with Vladis great R.T.O and the great Hobby Fan head it´s possible. I have cut away the original head and collar and take one collar from the great Generation 2 Marines set from DML. These are perfect sor such a conversion. A little sanding thats all. The only Problem is the radio harness with the M-1956 Butt Pack. The teams mainly use ARVN or U.S. made packs and put the radio in to it to protect it for rain and have room for equipment. etc. So i will need to cut away the radio harnes and Butt Pack and then i will scratchbuild an leightweight rucksack frame. So i could put other equipment on it. This will be heavy work but it´s exciting to try it out. Perhaps i will take this Figure in another dio or vignette. With the Aussies i agree. I think they are great and a piece of Art. I will try it out to convert them, so we can put our heads together and interchange Problems and Ideas ;-).

For Conversion i can suggest the Hobby Fan Figures. A view of them are little bit taller others of them are very good compatible. If you or somebody needs Photos from these sets or scale comparision i will post them in my Gallery or send them via E-Mail, no Problem. Every Question will be respond. The old Jaguar are great Figures too. Unfortunately it´s hard to get them. They are nearly 1:35 and still looks good near Vladis Figures. The Vietcongs are great and like Vladi shows perfect in scale to the US Figures. I have build all three Figures and it´s real fun and fast building. They look great with awsome Detail. The heads are all on the Figures sculpted. You can only change the two hats if you want. Your Project sounds very Interesting Mario. Stilll waiting for WIP Pictures . I love his work and it was the first time i saw the Hobby Fan Vietnam Figures. A little conversion and imagination and you have a LRRP Patrol. He makes some great Vietnam dios.
Search his Picasa Album for more Dios. Click on Leung than you will see all Dios.

@ Vladi, sorry that we plague your Figures, hope you can forgive the devil in us ;-).
