I like especially contrast, light, mood, wood and metal work. The only thing I'm not too found of is the colour of the fur. It might be just my mobile's display, but it looks way too red for my liking.
But other than that, beautiful

Nice work , love the wood effect on the chair . How did you achieve this look ?

I tried to paint it in different way that I painted the lord.
The lord is painted with smooth transitions and with soft brushes. The chair is painted rough with harder brushes, except the lightest parts I used again soft brushes.

My whole miniature is black undercoated. I started to paint the chair with a mix of black and Burnt Umber. I aded raw umber to the mix, and then indian yellow and white to the high spots.

Sorry, I forgot to mention, that I painted all metal parts with Printer Ink and oils.........

When I started the painting, I started with the face, then the fur.....
I tried to give the effect of fire next to him.
I noticed that I painted the fur too red after I started to paint the other cloths......
But in one way it attract the view to the portrait of the lord. So its no so bad. So I left it like that.....
For sure if it was the pants or the boots too red, I would have to cool it down
