Numbers of threads posting from a single blog all at once

I can see where this section could easily turn into several pages just from three or four people linking threads to this. Maybe the feature could limit someone to only posting the most recent one or two blog postings at a time. Imagine how many pages this section will contain by week's end at this rate. Just a thought. ~Gary

I can see how this can be alarming.

The initial import of the first few bloggers appear to have this phenomena. Looking at how often folks blog it is a steady rate and would not over saturate rotation.

Great point though, I'll look at dialing down the number of first import to around 10 of the bloggers latest postings!

The number is excessive. I use the "New Posts" feature every morning to review the new threads and posts. That used to give me a page of threads but with these new blog updates I now get five.

I think - in all fairness - the initial influx of threads from blogs seems to happen only the first time when a modeller's blog in integrated for the first time with Planet. After that the threads seem to subside. I entered New Posts this morning and there were only about a dozen or so updated threads.

Yes, it was, but that was the first few had syndicated all the bloggers post, now I have it set to do only 10 initially - (just a one time thing )
