Great work so far Dave, maybe this will be my next project, I think you need to add more contrast to the face but mybe is the picture, also the hair need more light and shadows...my two cents

very nice. I have the mini at home and i´m thinking about base now. Your base is super. Wood, dust, idea, really super. Respect. And the colour scheme is also fantastic.

When I saw the pictures I thought that was a painting from 18th century from Holland.excellent my friend!!!You have my respect.
 
That's a show stopper Dave. Do you paint in oils ar acyrlics? How did you get the dusty look on the floor, I think you might want to add that effect to the beam. Sorry if you answered my questions earlier I just missed them.
