Hey they look quite good. However id say that the green and brown of the camoflague is a litle too dark Have you replaced the heads of these at all> they look wel!

I have the exact same figures that i am doing at the moment and the quality is excellent, im converting some of them to Army/USAF special forces.

keep it up, they look well, ill post some of mine up when i finish them! (y)

They look pretty neat. Perhaps its the lighting, but what color did you use for the fleshtone's deepest shadows (particularly the frown line around the mouth)? It looks way too dark, almost as if it was appiled with a wash. Also, don't hold your figs with your bare hands after painting them - you don't want to damage the paintjob, do you? ;)

Hey guys! thnx for the comments! XD

rdclaeps>> Yeah, i noe tt the damn camo is rather off...its a lil too yellow n the brown is a lil too dark...>__< anyways, overall, for the molding, i fink tt these are one of the better kits...the details r pretty sharp :)

Guy>> haha...thnx...still to b improved..! uh..hafnt figured out the mounting yet...

Olly>> no dude...straight outta the box! Hafnt reached the stage of kit conversions yet...:p Look forward to your finished figs!

Pete>> Its just a darker tone of the flesh i used...perhaps it IS a lil dark...as for the dude...i mounted him, but ran outta wood...so i had to hold him to take a shot...heh..hes sittin on the table now...;p

Just a question...does anyone noe if the US Forces still use tt ol PASGT body armor?

Cheers,
Marc

I've seen pics US soldiers wearing the PASGT in the 3-color desert pattern during the force build-up prior the invasion of Iraq (OIF) but my guess is that all combat units now has the interceptor. Perhaps other units stationed in less hostile places still have the PASGT around but that is just a guess...

Edit: Good work on the figs by the way!

some of the infantry units even in hot spots of iraq still have PASGTS, however most have Inteceptor or private purchased armour plate carriers. ;)
