Today my latest batch of bases from Oakwood Studios arrived. Could not be happier.
Last week I emailed Richard, with the size and shape I needed, and an indication of the wood I'd prefer. For one, the Lumberjack by Scientific Models, I asked if Richard had something nice, with some nice grain, and maybe some rough bark. Did he...
It's beautiful, both the "tree stump" effect, the bark, and the rings.and grain.
