Well this is certainly impressive. The detail on the model is amazing and the painting is superb.

It will be very interesting to see the first open box review showing the actual parts and the fit, and also to see the SBS or painting guide as it sounds like it combines acrylics and oils.

For this price ($260) the fit should be perfect, and it clearly won't displace traditional sculpting yet, but it's good to see that the hobby is moving forward with new technologies and approaches to keep it fresh and attractive to the next generation.

PS: I agree on the Bonaparte's kit. I think that it's good value :)

In due course I'm going to get this one!

By the way conversion to Gurad Chasseur in Service Dress would be easier than conversion to a Line Chasseur officer. Many other possibilites open with this kit too.

Cheers

This is a great piece of painting , and I may do this one , the only thing is the shade of blue , should it not be a lot darker " not a criticism " just an observation should I decide to do this one .

The more I look at this the more I want it even at the hefty price and wrong scale for me .

And can I do it justice re the painting.

I see this is on the Andrea web site also listed as a 54mm with no price as yet .
Is this just wishful thinking on my part
