I was wondering what the other planethiers do when they go out to paint, let say to their club or something, taking the show on the road
Do they put their material in a plastic box ore something else.
I always had to unload my paintbottles, tubes of oilpaint etc...back in to my hobbyroom
So i made me some wooden boxes that made the movement for me easyer

pic1 / i started of with some wood and a dril :)

Awesome Peter..........I want one NOW.

Excellent work my friend. I am sure you could make more of these and have a market for them too.

What a great box!! Very impressive work.

When I take my paints 'on the road', I use a tool box, the bottom part for paints, and the top part for tools, brushes etc.

That's a great box, Peter. (Would work great in the hobby room, too.) How's the balance when you pick it up?

Now, if you paint as well as you make boxes, you're a master! :)

Thanks for the pics,

Nancy

Peter, Very cool box. I like the "grab and go" capabilities it has. Various size Rubbermade containers or a fish and tackle box with little compartments are another alternative.~Gary

Nancy ~ Your welcome ~ The balance and weight is surpricely good for the dimention of the box.
I maid it specialy so i don't have to take out al my acrylics any more but mearly place the box on my worktop wen comming home from the club

Garry ~ i have tryd the tackleboxes and so on but than you havent got a clear view on the collor and contens of the paintbottles, and this one is custome made

Peter

 WOW!
Peter that's a fantastic idea! I just use cardboard boxes that me figures arrive in. I just returned from a 3 day trip and unforunately couldn't find the time to paint. Do you ever travel on a plane with this or is it reserved for traveling in your car?

Thanks,
Jim Patrick

Thanks Jim, up until now it has only traveld by car and a don't think that their is gonna be anny change becaus Belgium is a small country and the roads are verry good, only the fuel is verry expensif ( meaby i take it out on a cycle  )

When i need a lot of material i have some other boxes that i have made that kan hold mutch more things besides paint.

Peter
