Once upon .... 3 ... or maybe 4 month ago

It was a cold day (winter, of course)....i watch a show on tv, when a commercial apears....with D'Agostini wooden ship kit. I was very interested, so i start to inform myself what it is with this kit....Ok, you will say, but this is a forum dedicated for sculpting and painting.
Patience my friends...patience. Because, soon will start ...
I try to find on the net, a kit from me. Of course a find allot of ship, very nice pieces, with allots of details and so on.....BUT....when i start to find a crew for ship....This was my mistake, i admit.
I saw Andrea Miniaturis site. Man....this was a boom for me. And excuse me, i'm 40 years old, i'm not that tipe of guy, who adopt an entusiastic figure, in any conditions. I was fascinated. So i forgot story with wooden ship, and i start to search information with sculpture and painting. And what i find? I find a world made by small tools. So my peace are gone. I start to test myself, made few sculpture. Soon i will get the permisions, i will post them here, on beginners tread....Please tell me your opinion, your critics are very wellcome, your advice will be very apreciated (sorry for my english, i'm not very good.....by the way, i'm from Romania)

Thank you for your wellcome Carl . As a can see, you are a senior member, so i think you have allot of knowledge in sculpting and painting....actualy i'm interested just be sculpting, because i don't want to mix. I think i need to learn very well on thing, and just after that, i can go on further. It's the first time when i post (this is the only site dedicated for miniatures where i post)...so maybe you will see and tell me your opinion about my work.

You do a wonderful job with the clothes...those folds are very realistic, i hope one day i can create something like that. In fact, all sculpture is very well done. Wonderful job
